Dripo AI is a comprehensive AI-powered platform that allows users to create professional images, videos, artwork, and multimedia content using advanced artificial intelligence technology including DALL-E, Midjourney, and VEO3. Our service operates on a credit-based system where users purchase credits to generate content.

User Account

You must create an account to use our service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

Credit System

Refund Policy

Credits are automatically refunded if content generation fails due to technical issues on our end

Refund requests for purchased credit packages will be evaluated case-by-case within 30 days

Refunds are only available for unused credits

All refunds are processed through our secure payment system and may take 5-10 business days

We reserve the right to refuse refunds for accounts that violate our terms

Chargebacks may result in account suspension pending resolution
